William Hill Sister Sites: The Full 2026 List

The sister sites of William Hill are 888casino, 888sport and 888poker, plus a slots room called Vegas inside the main site. Mr Green is not one of them, whatever the other lists say. Ownership is halfway through changing hands, because shareholders have backed a takeover that still has to clear a court and the regulators. Compare the four brands below, then take the offer that fits how you play.

The Network at a Glance

Four brands, one holding company. Three run on a single UK Gambling Commission account. The fourth is not a separate site at all. Trust comes from which authority licenses an operator and how reliably it pays,  not from where that licence was issued. A strong regulator abroad protects a British player as well as a local one.

This page earns commission on sign-ups, which does not set the order below or soften a word of the criticism in it. 18+ only. BeGambleAware if the fun stops.

Who Owns William Hill in 2026?

The current William Hill owner is Evoke plc, a Gibraltar-incorporated group listed in London that traded as  888 Holdings until 2024. Nothing has changed yet. A buyer is agreed and cleared by shareholders, which is not a completed sale. Rival pages squash two separate deals into one.

The Bally’s Intralot Takeover: What It Means for Players

Look at the date on any page covering this, because the position moved the day before this one was written. On 17 August 2026 shareholders voted it through: 99.91% of scheme shares in favour at the Court  Meeting, 99.63% backing the resolution at the General Meeting. Agreed. Not done.

Two steps remain: a shareholder meeting at the buyer on 18 September 2026, then sanction by a court in  Gibraltar, expected in Q4 2026 or Q1 2027 once regulatory clearances land.

The honest answer for a player is duller than the headline. A licence does not lapse because a parent company is sold, client money stays segregated, and no balance is cancelled by a share transfer. Anyone predicting what the buyer will do here is guessing.

Which Brands Could Join

Completion would put William Hill under the same roof as a second British portfolio on Gamesys Operations Limited, account 38905. Those are separate operators today.

Six brands would join the wider group if it closes:

  • Jackpotjoy, the bingo and slots veteran with the longest history there
  • Virgin Games, the closest to a mainstream casino in that family
  • Monopoly Casino, built on licensed IP and Evolution game-show tables
  • Rainbow Riches Casino, organised around one slot series
  • Double Bubble Bingo, the smaller bingo specialist
  • Bally Casino, the buyer’s own British push

William Hill Sister Sites Compared

Everything in one table, with the parent brand as the reference point, because three brands with nothing to measure against is no comparison. The casino suits anyone wanting a bigger floor, the sportsbook is the closest swap, poker the only reason a card player stays.

Every Brand Reviewed

Same treatment throughout: strengths, weaknesses, licence, offer.

The 888 Casino

Flagship of the group, and its biggest brand by British search demand. Broad rather than boutique, with a live dealer floor beside the slots and jackpots.

It beats the parent on range and depth, the reason most people hunting 888 casino sister sites land here.  The offer is a 100% match up to £100 on a £10 deposit, claimed within 48 hours, with 10x wagering over 90 days and winnings capped at £100. Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded.

The 888 Sportsbook

A like-for-like replacement for betting with William Hill, with bet builder markets and Best Odds  Guaranteed.

The wallet question matters more here than the odds. The help centre allows one active account per customer, and the banking terms treat the casino and sportsbook as that account, so switching needs no second registration. New customers get 4 x £10 free bets after a £10 deposit and qualifying bet, valid 7  days.

The 888 Poker Room

The only card room in the network, and the whole reason a customer would move sideways rather than leave. The parent brand has no comparable product. This is the only door.

Cash tables cover Hold’em, Omaha and Stud. SNAP fast-fold plus BLAST sit and gos, paying up to 10,000  times the buy-in, fill out the schedule alongside the XL Series. The welcome package runs on tickets rather than cash, which suits a tournament grinder and nobody else.

Mr Green: Why It Is No Longer a Sibling

Most rival pages get this wrong, so here is the register position. The brand left Britain in 2024: its sportsbook went in 2022, the casino followed, and withdrawals ran until 21 October 2024. Account 39264 surrendered its British permissions on 28 October 2024.

A UK site later returned under the same name, but not the same company. That domain is now a white label on the account of Blue Rock Managed Services Limited, number 67740, with permissions live since 2  October 2025 and no regulatory actions against it. Separate licensee, separate licence, Playtech underneath.

The Mr Green casino name still sits in the group’s international brand list, which for a British player is trivia.  What would matter, a shared licence and a shared operator, has gone.

William Hill Vegas

Two rival pages sell this as a standalone brand. It is not. The licensee holds one active domain in the register, so William Hill Vegas is a slots room inside that site.

That changes what it is for. No new account, no second wallet, no fresh verification, and no new-customer offer once you hold an account there. It adds a separate slots catalogue and its own promotions, including  200 free spins at 10p for players who stake £10. It sits among the William Hill group brands, not the escape routes.

Licences and What They Actually Protect

Every number here was read from the UK Gambling Commission public register in August 2026 rather than lifted from another list. Anyone can search that register by company name.

A licence buys four concrete things. Player money sits apart from company money, so a collapse cannot swallow a balance. Disputes reach an approved independent adjudicator, not the operator’s complaints desk. Games are tested, and identity checks come before any payout.

Tiers are real. British, Maltese and Nordic regulators give a comparable baseline of audits, fund protection and dispute routes; lighter offshore licences give a thinner one. Holding a strong international licence is a separate statement from being legal in Britain.

The Group’s Regulatory Record

A page that buries this is not worth reading. In March 2023 the regulator announced £19.2m across three group businesses, its largest enforcement payment then: £12.5m from WHG (International) Limited, £3.7m from Mr Green, £3m from retail. The failings covered money laundering controls and customer protection between May 2020 and October 2021. Suspension was seriously considered.

One detail belongs on any page about a brand network. Weak controls let 331 customers gamble with the  William Hill online business after self-excluding with Mr Green, an operator in the same group.

Earlier actions cost 888 UK Limited £7.8m in 2017 and £9.4m in 2022. On 7 August 2025 a fine of £82,687 was landed for failing to link a customer’s accounts across group companies. Penalties do not make an operator unlicensed. They show what the regulator keeps watching.

Centralized account balance management and responsible gambling tools across sister brands

One Account, Shared Wallets and Bonuses

Nobody else answers this, and it is usually the real question. One account and one wallet across the three siblings; a separate everything at the parent.

The harder case is a closed account. Suppose William Hill has closed your account after a source of funds review. Opening one elsewhere in the group is possible because the licensee differs. It is also visible: the rules require linked accounts across group companies, and this group was fined in 2025. Six points cover  the rest:

One registration covers all three, since the help centre allows one active account

A shared wallet spans those three, so a balance moves between casino, sportsbook and poker

A William Hill login does not open them, meaning fresh registration and repeat verification

Their bonuses target new customers only, so a William Hill account does not block one, an 888  account does

Since 19 January 2026 no British operator may bundle a sports offer with a casino offer

Deposit limits set at one company do not follow you to another, so reset them yourself

GamStop and Self-Exclusion Across the Network

Two separate systems, and confusing them causes real harm. The national scheme is one thing. A self-exclusion agreed with William Hill directly is narrower, and that gap is where people get hurt.

Registering with GamStop blocks every online operator licensed in Great Britain at once. That covers all  three siblings, the parent, and every other uk casino sister sites network. Periods run six months, one year  or five years. The block bites within a day and cannot be lifted early, and nothing reopens by itself, since the person must contact the scheme and wait 24 hours.

The group’s record shows why the operator-level version is the weaker promise. Licensees must treat accounts across group companies as linked, and this one has been penalised twice. Free confidential help  runs day and night on the National Gambling Helpline, 0808 8020 133 in England and Scotland, 0808 2819  265 in Wales. GamCare and Take Time to Think cost nothing. Four gaps in that national cover are worth  knowing:

  • Betting shops, which use a separate multi-operator scheme
  • The National Lottery and its licensed products
  • Spread betting, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority
  • Sites without a British licence, which carry none of these protections
Real payout turnaround times for UK debit cards and e-wallets on Evoke Group sites

Payments and Withdrawal Times

Withdrawal times at William Hill run from four hours by Visa Direct to five working days by bank transfer,  while the siblings quote from same day to three. Neither charges for a payout. Bank transfers settle through  Faster Payments.

Money goes back the way it came, since withdrawals pay to the deposit methods first and only the surplus goes where you choose. Photographic ID comes before a first payout. One quirk favours British customers:  withdrawal reversal is switched off, so a payout cannot be dragged back into play.

Is William Hill Closing Down? Shops and the 2026 Tax Rise

No. The online business trades normally and the brand is going nowhere. What is shrinking is the high street estate, and William Hill is closing shops for reasons unrelated to the website.

Tax did it. The 2025 Autumn Budget lifted Remote Gaming Duty from 21% to 40% from 1 April 2026, and a new rate inside General Betting Duty takes online betting to 25% on 1 April 2027. The group posted a pre-tax loss of £549.1m for 2025 and confirmed 270 branch closures, roughly 15% of the estate. Over 1,000  remain.

None of this is one operator’s problem. Three things stay the same when a branch shuts:

  • The licence and the regulator behind it
  • Segregated client funds and independent dispute resolution
  • Every obligation owed to an online customer

Pros and Cons of Staying Inside the Network

Judge the network, not one brand. Every vertical is covered, and one member still has a counter you can  walk up to:

Betting, casino, live dealer, slots and poker sit within one login or two

A shared wallet spans the three siblings, with no repeat verification

Cash in hand at a betting shop, which no online rival here offers

A welcome bonus may be unavailable where you already hold an account

Restrictions are meant to travel across group companies

The parent brand’s casino is beaten by the specialists beside it

A public regulatory record measured in tens of millions

Top-rated standalone UK online casinos with separate licencing and distinct bonuses

Alternatives Outside the Group

Independent operators on separate licences, not William Hill casino sister sites, and sometimes the better answer: another company means a clean slate. Anyone after sites like William Hill wants this list.

How We Test and Rank These Sites

A ranking is worthless while the criteria stay hidden. Licences, penalties and ownership were verified against the regulator’s register and the operators’ published terms on 18 August 2026. Commission never moves a brand up the table: the Mr Green entry earns nothing. Six things decide a score:

  • Licence, confirmed by account number in the register, not a site footer
  • Payout speed against the published timeframe
  • Fairness of bonus terms: wagering, caps, exclusions
  • Range of games or markets against the brand claim
  • Support quality and response times
  • Responsible gambling tooling, from deposit limits to scheme links

William Hill Sister Sites: Your Questions Answered

The questions British players actually type, answered from the register rather than from rival pages.

What sites are linked to William Hill?

Three 888 brands on one account, Vegas inside the main site, Winner.ro for Romania.

Who is William Hill linked with?

Evoke plc, formerly 888 Holdings. Bally’s Intralot has agreed to buy it.

Which gambling sites are linked?

Shared licences create links, not design. The account number settles it.

Who are Paddy Power’s sister sites?

Paddy Power belongs to Flutter, with Betfair and Sky Bet. No connection here.

Who owns William Hill?

Evoke plc. A takeover was approved on 17 August 2026 but is unfinished.

How many William Hill sister companies are there?

Three sites plus a slots section. Two group brands exclude British players.

Is William Hill and 888 the same company?

Same parent, different licensee: account 39225 against 39028.

Can I use my William Hill account on its sister sites?

No, they need fresh registration. One login covers all three.

Can I claim a welcome bonus at a sibling?

Usually. An 888 account disqualifies you, a William Hill one does not.

Does GamStop block these sites too?

Yes. It covers every operator licensed in Great Britain.

If William Hill closed my account, will its siblings accept me?

Possibly, as the licensee differs. The group has been fined twice over this.

Is Mr Green a sister site to William Hill?

Not for British players. Its UK permissions went in 2024.

Is William Hill legit?

Yes. Account 39225 brings segregated funds and independent adjudication.

Is William Hill trustworthy?

Licensed, and it pays, but it has paid the regulator a lot.

Is the William Hill brand closing down?

No. Around 270 shops close from 2026, but the site trades normally.
